KIK PT Studio by Moez Bayar is a personal training service in Brighton, specialising in human movement, fitness, rehabilitation workouts, strength training and sports performance.

We promote the functionality of exercises and work with you to tailor your workouts to what you need, and achieve the results you’ve always wanted.

We constantly challenge the mindset of ‘quick fixes’ and instead, coach you to change your lifestyle to ensure long-term, sustainable achievements.

Moez is a trainer who understands you and works with your body, your strengths & your goals to maximise performance and develop you as a person.

Hannah - Women Personal Trainer

Hannah

Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Online coach, Hannah specialises in training women who are new to the gym and want to overcome their fears of weight training.

We can help with your diet, training, daily routine and habits. She has helped 100’s of clients transform their body and mindset.

Helena - Strength Coach

Helena

Helena is a strength and conditioning coach who believes in building a good habit before reaching any goals, because that habit is what is going to make you keep going. You can lose motivation, you can lose will, you can lose even your discipline, but if you’ve already built a habit there’s nothing stopping you from achieving your goals.

Helena spends her free time watching videos, reading articles and applying them to myself in trying to become more knowledgeable and to apply that knowledge for her and her clients.

Scott Gosney Personal Trainer

Scott has years of experience as a trainer with goals such as 'weight loss', 'muscle tone', sport performance and more. He will help you reach your specific goal.

Lucy Fitness Trainer

Lucy is a passionate advocate for empowering women through fitness and nutrition. She's a Personal Trainer with a specialist qualification in Pre & Postnatal Exercise and Nutrition. Her background as a competitive equestrian has driven a deep belief in the transformative power of exercise and nourishment.

She is dedicating herself to helping women reclaim their strength and health. Grounded in evidence-based practices, she specialises in women's fitness with a focus on holistic health and empowerment through education.

Ismael

Since becoming a Transformation Coach, I’ve helped 200+ individuals achieve life-changing results, not just by giving them a diet plan, but by teaching them how to structure their lifestyle, track their progress, and finally take control of their physique.

I don’t just talk the talk, I walk the walk day in day out. My goal is to be a role model for my clients, showing you that with the right plan, the right guidance, and the right mindset, you’re capable of more than you ever thought possible.

Pedro Personal Trainer

Pedro

Pedro is originally from Cuba, where he trained in the Japanese martial art Aikido. He also studied Reiki in Cuba, before moving to the UK, where he studied and obtained his qualification in Tui-Na Traditional Chinese Medicinal Massage.

Tui-Na is Traditional Chinese Medicinal massage. Literally Tui and Na mean pushing and holding. Through skilful techniques with stretching and manipulation Tui-Na treats the whole person, affecting both physical & emotional imbalances.

Mariangela Fitness Trainer

Mariangela is a highly experienced personal trainer, yoga instructor, and strength and body conditioning expert.

Her approach is built around one goal: to help you achieve the best version of yourself. She believes every individual is unique, and tailors every program to meet your specific needs, whether you're looking to improve flexibility, build strength, or feel more energized and empowered in your daily life.

Her holistic approach blends physical fitness with mindfulness and lifestyle changes, creating a well-rounded plan that supports your overall well-being.
